Incline Dumbbell Tricep Extension
25-35lbs 15-25 reps x 3-4 sets
• set a workout bench to a slight incline & lie back on it, hold a pair of dumbbells above your head. Lower the dumbbells together as far as possible behind your head keeping your elbows locked in position. Once your triceps are fully stretching & your elbows are pointing up breathe out & extend your arms flexing your triceps. Hold here for a second before lowering the dumbbells again.
