What I add and How I make my (I hope) Very Healthy Breakfast!
This is a video which documents my morning breakfast preps. It's an evolution and progression from just Oats & Raisins to more ingredients than you can shove into a medium sized bowl than is humanly possible! But boy, it tastes GREAT! And I look forward to it every morning and sometimes (because I make too much) mid afternoon too!
It's full of Oats, Whey Protein, Chia Seeds, Flaxseeds, Cinnamon, Cayenne Pepper and a variety of Fruits!
It certainly gives me energy for my daily workouts and keeps me going. At least to lunch time!
