It's been a horrible few weeks for the country. So much so, I just wanted to get away to the coast for the day and try and forget the state our nation is in. No laptop, no phone, no videos on the telly - must sea air, plenty of steps and an opportunity to clear the head. It was going so well. Then I was reminded that literally nowhere in the country is immune to our problems.
