ড্রাই স্কিনের জন্য রাইস ক্রিম এর উপাদান

১) ব্লেন্ড করা চালের পানিকে জাল করে পেস্ট বানিয়ে নিতে হবে। ২ টেবিল চামচ
২) এলো ভেরা জেল ২ চা চামচ
৩) অলিভ ওয়েল ১ চা চামচ
মিশিয়ে নিলেই ক্রিম তৈরি হয়ে যাবে।


ওয়েলি স্কিনের জন্য রাইস ক্রিমের উপাদান

১) ব্লেন্ড করা চালের পানিকে জাল করে পেস্ট বানিয়ে নিতে হবে ২ টেবিল চামচ
২) এলো ভেরা জেল - ১ চা চামচ
৩) মধু - ১ চা চামচ
৪) এক চিমটি হলুদ
মিশিয়ে নিলেই ক্রিম তৈরি হয়ে যাবে।
