Granny - Crazy difficult (Update version)

The main changes in Crazy mode :
-Granny in Crazy mode faster than granny in Extreme mode in 2x
-floor creaking randomly

- with a crossbow granny dies for 3 seconds
- Change sounds effect
- The player crouch in n 2x slover than in normal game
