Bacon
Avocado
Ketchup
HP Sauce
Mayonaise
Frozen Hash Browns
Kaiser Bun or oversized bun

COOKING METHOD:
1. Add all the bacon into a heated pan. Cook until crispy. Place onto a paper towel to drain once finished.
2. Preheat oven to 550F or high heat. Add frozen hash browns on a wire rack placed on a rimmed baking sheet and place into the oven for 15-20 minutes.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs.
4. Roll the sausages into small balls and place them on a skillet over medium heat. Smash the sausage into patties using the bottom of a plate, bowl, or spatula. Cook to 90% done on each side and place to the side with the bacon.
5. Toast the buns using the same skillet as the sausage patties.
6. In a medium bowl, combine 2 Tbsp mayo, 2 Tbsp ketchup, and 2 Tbsp HP sauce. Mix until fully incorporated.
7. Add a slice of American cheese to the hash browns along with a sausage patty and top with American cheese. Place into the oven until cheese is melted.
8. In a large skillet over high heat, add 2 Tbsp unsalted butter and melt just a little. Add in the whisked eggs and continue to stir the eggs while taking on and off the heat. Add a pinch of salt and a few ripped pieces of American cheese. Mix together and let sit for a minute or 2. Using a spatula, gently tilt the pan and roll the egg down to the bottom and separate it into thirds.
9. To the bottom bun, add a dollop of breakfast sauce followed by hash browns and sausage, sliced avocado, freshly cracked pepper, eggs, bacon, pickles, jalapenos, another dollop of breakfast sauce, and top with the top bun.
10. Slice and enjoy!
