Making cypher look like a fun character to play takes a lot of work.
Also, for those who've been asking, I had made some setup guides that were supposed to be released this weekend, but the cypher buffs dropped before that could happened. I'll still post the guides, I'd just like to wait until I can get access to his buffs (no, I don't have a valorant pbe account), and then I'll update those guides and publish them.
