How to apply wafer paper to the sides of a cake. In this tutorial I experimented with how to use wafer paper on some different base layers including buttercream, fondant, and candy clay to see what the wafer paper would do on different surfaces. Covering a cake with wafer paper isn't hard to do, and I show you how wafer paper works on different types of icing, and how to use wafer paper and attach it to the cake.
