In this video I start tackling some small projects on my 1990 Japan imported M Tech 2 BMW E30. Up first is the engine bay, due to the swap that is going to be happening later this year I didn't want to go over the top but I did want it to at least look good if I happen to have to open the hood infant of people. I went ahead and did a thorough cleaning of the bay, replaced the hood insulation which had basically disintegrated into dust, as well as painted the valve cover. What wasn't shown was a maintenance overhaul utilizing the complete tune-up kit From FCP Euro. Its not perfect but I think it shows a pretty drastic transformation, and should absolutely keep the car looking and running solid until the end of this season.
