An academy is built on the individuals who guide and teach within it, who pass on knowledge and help others learn; those who are actually capable of coaching, who understand that it is a skill and a discipline all of its own, just as intricate and demanding as parkour itself. People are what make an academy what it is; make it something of worth and value to others, to its surrounding community.

Established in 2005, Parkour Generations is a multi-award winning organisation that teaches, performs and embodies the stunning movement discipline known as parkour or freerunning. The largest professional parkour organisation in the world, our mission is to preserve and transmit the incredibly strong benefits and positive effects of this amazing discipline for body and mind to any and all who want to learn. Comprised of founders, pioneers and principal developers of the discipline from across all generations, Parkour Generations is the authentic, original parkour organisation.

OUR GOAL

The work of Parkour Generations is focussed on integrating the natural and largely untapped physical and mental potential of every person into their modern life in a holistic and functional way: to make movement and the use of the body a central part of our daily life and our training. This is done through mediums which include teaching, education and research, major events, live demonstrations, facility design, film and media work and other artistic representations.
