Like many of us, I have watched quite a few videos over the years on how to upgrade tools to give better results. In this video, I scrap almost everything I watched and build the simplest zero clearance miter saw fence I can with the scrap materials and hardware I have on hand (and some questionable countersink bits).

The miter saw I use in this video is the Bosch 10" Glide (model: CM10GD), but the same technique should work for absolutely any miter saw. And if you don't have any holes for bolts, some strong double-sided tape can work wonders!
