Lasagna
Ingredients List:
A pack of lasagna noodles
Two onions
Three garlic cloves
500 g minced meat
One tablespoon of tomato paste
Half a teacup of olive oil
A coffee spoon of salt
One teaspoon of Black Pepper
1.5 cups of hot water
A jar of 500 g tomato sauce

Béchamel sauce:
1 liter of cold milk
Two tablespoons of butter
Two heaped tablespoons of flour
A coffee spoon of salt
A teaspoon of black pepper

For the top:
250 g cheddar cheese

Preparation:
We fry finely chopped onion and garlic in olive oil, let's add a little salt to soften them, then we add ground beef, we roast them together, we add in tomato paste, tomato sauce and water and boil them together for 5 minutes. We adjust the salt and pepper amount and add them too. We fry butter and flour in a seperate saucepan for 2 minutes, pour cold milk, and when it starts to boil, we add salt and pepper. After all our preparations are done, we oil our oven ware, we line the lasagna noodles in as I showed in the video, we pour the hot filling sauce, minced meat and sprinkle grated cheese. Finally, on the final layer, let's sprinkle grated cheese after we pour the sauce on and leave it for 10-15 minutes to soften the lasagna noodles.

Post Script:
If there is no tomato sauce, you can grate five tomatoes instead.
