The X-Trail has been in the Kenyan Market for quite a long while and it's price and cost of ownership (for those who don't abuse them ofcourse) is the main reason why its defenders will unapologetically have colorful choice of words for anyone who dares diss them.

Today's car is a "7 seater" or frankly put, a 5 seater with space for 2 puppies..let me explain; the 3rd row of seats at best is a marketing gimmick to lure those 'I want a 7 seater' customers who cannot get to the price point (see, price features again) of the base model Toyota LC Prado J150 or at worst, a failed attempt to lure potential kidnappers to have a comfortable spot for their captives.

I think a whole paragraph dedicated to the 3rd row seats just shows the minimal issues associated with this car. Just buy genuine Nissan Xtrail spark plugs & ignition coils and the lack of power issues will not linger. Remember it's a 2000cc so expecting Audi Q5 power figures is quite a reach. This is a simple family Crossover that's easy to maintain and frees you to fully focus on the exaggerated members fees you pay at your local sports club.
