খতিয়ানমূলে পুর্বপুরুষের জমি যদি বিক্রি করে থাকে গ্রহিতার যদি বৈধ দলিল থাকে আর জমি ক্রয় করার পর যদি একটা খতিয়ান পূর্বের মালিকের নামে হয় তাহলেও দলিল যার তিনি মালিক।
Two owners of one land. One has a khatian. Another person has a document. Who is the real owner of the land?
If the ancestral land has been sold by the khatian, the recipient has a valid deed and after purchasing the land, if a khatian is in the name of the previous owner, then the deed is the owner.
