One of my favorite things I teach is the Five Second Steal.
Here's what you can do: As you are presenting and you start to feel lost, finish your sentence and stop talking. Turn around and walk back to the screen, which takes about 3-5 seconds. As you do this, don't talk, take a breath and look up to the big screen. Read one of the bullet points, and when you arrive to the screen, turn around and deliver that bullet point. Nobody will know that you lost your train of thought. Instead you are going to look decisive and feel more confident because you've taken a breath and are clear on what you are going to say.
