How to Pollinate Date Palm. Date Palm Pollination-Easy method for pollinating Mozati (Mozafati) variety

I am Sanjran Gichki,
Today we will pollinate some Date Palms.

With the Help of my Gardener we will learn how to pollinate date palms.
First, get a mature male flower from a male palm. Now open the pod and gently separate each strand of the male flower.

Watch out for the crazy long thorns. These really hit hard. clean your workspace and put 5-8 male flower strands in the female flower, more strands if the female flower is healthy and bigger then tie with a thin breakable string. So that when the bunch grows towards maturity it could break the string and frees itself. Tying is important because it holds the male strands in place against wind or birds.
