For the safety of her children, Agnes Paye fled her home in West Africa and came to the United States. She dedicated herself to her family, often sacrificing her own dreams to help them realize their own, working three jobs to support Kwity’s dream of playing in the NFL. She supported his education, his training and remained his biggest fan all while living in cramped apartments or public housing.

Since leaving Africa over 20 years ago, Agnes has dreamed of the moment she would again have a home. And Kwity? He’s dreamed of giving it to her.

Following a notable football career at the University of Michigan, Kwity was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the 2021 NFL Draft. After raising him into the man he is today and providing him “inegbo,” a Liberian phase for home, Kwity wanted to ensure his mother found it as well.
