Considerd to be one of the most intelligent animals in the world, on par with chimpanzees, crows have not only learned to use tools but manufacture them as well.

Particularly social and family-oriented They form close multigenerational  units.
One and two-year-olds will give their parents a hand building  and maintaining the nest,, also helping  to rear the chicks.

Typically living  for 7 to 8 years in the wild, one American Crow in New York state lived to be 59 years old.

Found on all continents except Antarctica and South america. There are around 40 different species with a breeding population estimated at 27 million.

Some crows migrate but some don't .This is called a partial migration. .and not uncommon in the bird world.

Crows,  ever watchful  symbolize transformation and change.
They are known to leave trinkets for those that feed them
And hold “funerals". When a Crow finds the body of another crow, it will alert others, who in turn gather and create a commotion warning of danger.
A group of crows is called a murder.
