Installing a shop air line in my garage. I try to be as specific as possible and give all of the parts and tools that I use to install my air lines. There are a number of different ways this can be done and a number of different materials that can be used as well. I am using 1/2 inch pex pipe with shark bite fittings. I used the 1/2 inch harbor freight air filter. Total price including filter for my shop air was about $150 and that includes the Harbor Freight 1/2 inch air filter. So if you're on a budget this could have some valuable information for you. I picked up most of my materials from Home Depot with the exception of the Kobalt lead in hose which I purchased from Lowes. A lot of the fittings and ball valves I already had on hand so that wasn't factored into the final price.
