“The hedonism of style is the link that led us to choose Italian islands as inspiration for our lookbook. It is a sort of island that is not necessarily there but which exists in our research, suspended in time, between the elegance of the Belle Époque and the fabulous ’50s of the twentieth century. For this reason, we identified places that have been able to keep their charm unchanged over time”. Filippo Ricci, Creative Director of STEFANO RICCI, introduces the Spring/Summer 2023 Collection, stating, “It is a hymn to freedom, to refined taste. It is a land of myths and muses that remind us of the wealth of places inhabited by the greats”.

"We wanted to pay homage to the cosmopolitan universe that gave rise to the myth of these islands, with the visits of the international elite, the architectural choices, the vainest parties. Overall, it is the triumph of elegance, from Villa Lysis to Villa San Michele, to the terraces of Caesar Augustus, up to the poignant beauty of the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption. They are places that breathe of eternity, where the SR Man satisfies his thirst for knowledge and lives in the awareness of his own self. That is, he looks for those details, those elements that allow him to be a contemporary gentleman".
