The Salmonids are frenzying in Splatoon 3, fighting harder, and this has led to the Big Run events. YouTube users “jerm” and “Octa” uploaded a series of videos exploring the disturbing ideas of the Splatoon 3 Big Run in the form of analog horror, a subgenre of horror fiction and offshoot of the found footage film technique. Jerm would create a series called the Grizzco tapes, and Octa would release a Big Run Employee Handbook video.
