Never feel cold again – The new 1974 Expedition Series is here.

It was on a severely cold night in the early 70’s, on the barren plateau of Abisko in Sweden’s far north that Åke Nordin, founder of Fjällräven, decided that he never wanted to feel cold again. As a result, he created the remarkably insulating Expedition Down Jacket. Today, we launch a new series of functional winter jackets that are direct descendants of the legendary jacket from ‘74. Staying true to the original design principles, using sustainable materials and with the same clear purpose of keeping you warm on all your winter adventures. See you out there.
