Carmelo Anthony will go down as one of the purest scorers of the generation. He has the rare ability to score from anywhere on the floor in any way. Mid range pull-ups, post ups, drives to the basketball, stepbacks, catch and shot, jab steps....he has so many counter moves that not even he knows how he'll do your defense in. And yes, I say his gift is underrated because he has spent recent years wasting away in a unfavorable New York situation. However, this situation shouldn't define him. Enjoy this scoring beast as long as we have the chance to, because we may never see that kind of versatility again.
