안녕하세요, 비 내리는 봄날 태어난 봄비입니다.
현 시대 문제 중 하나는 디지털 중독이라고 생각하는데요..! 제가 핸드폰 중독자 중 한명입니다!! 😇 ㅎㅎ
이대로 가다가는 제 인생에서 허투루 쓰는 시간이 너무 많아질 것 같고 눈도 아프구 머리도 아파서 3일 동안 디지털 단식, 디지털 디톡스를 진행하는 모습을 영상에 담아보았어요. 저는 개인적으로 필기는 전부 종이노트에서 아이패드로 옮겨간지 꽤 돼서 패드를 사용하는 시간도 길구요, 직업 특성상 노트북이 없으면 작업을 할 수가 없어서 노트북 사용량도 많아요! 핸드폰은 뭐 이제 제 장기 중 하나가 되었구요 🤧 ㅋㅋ
그래서 핸드폰, 태블릿pc, 노트북 이 세가지를 전부 하지 않는 디지털 디톡스를 진행해보았어요. 재밌게 봐주세요 :) ♥

I think one of the problems of today is digital addiction I'm one of the cell phone addicts! 😇 Haha
At this rate, I think I'll spend too much time vainly in my life, and my eyes and head hurt, so I filmed myself performing digital fasting and digital detox for three days. Personally, it's been a while since I moved all my handwriting from a paper note to an iPad, so I use the pad for a long time, and because of my job, I can't work without a laptop, so I have a lot of laptop usage! Cell phones are now one of my talents 🤧 LOL
So I tried digital detox, which doesn't do all three things: cell phone, tablet PC, and laptop. Please enjoy it :) ♥
