Making Pizza on todays Zoom Class was just awesome. We showed some secrets on how to utilize the broiler on both our gas and electric oven. Our Baking Steel was set on the highest rack in our oven which helped created amazing oven spring in the pizza dough. We finished off class with some great questions from all of you....
