How to make the classic Caipirinha cocktail

Step 1 - Muddle half a lime cut in 3 lengthwise with 15 ml of granulated sugar
(You want to add about 25 ml of juice so if the lime is dry or small, add a few more pieces)
Step 2 - Add 2 oz of Cachaça
Step 3 - Fill the glass with crushed ice
Step 3 - Stir to chill and dilute
Step 4 - Top with crushed ice
Step 5 - Garnish with a lime wedge in case you want to rectify the acidity

How to make the Coffee Caipirinha

Repeat step 1 but with 10 ml of raw cane sugar instead
Add 1.5 oz of Cachaça and 0.5 oz of coffee liqueur
Fill the glass with ice
Stir to chill and dilute
Top with crushed ice
Garnish with lime slices and grated nutmeg

How to make the fruity Caipirinha

Repeat step 1 but with 10 ml of granulated sugar
Add 1.5 oz of Cachaça
Fille the glass with ice
Stir to chill and dilute
Top with crushed ice
Add 0.5 oz of Creme de cassis as a float
Garnish with black currants
