This is Kolkata Tangra style egg-chicken gravy chowmein. Here the boiled chowmein is plated with the gravy on the top and has to be mixed on the plate itself before eating. This is a meal in itself and has crunchy vegetables and animal protien flavoured with garlic and black pepper washed down with a thick chicken stock based gravy.
