This is Vlog for Kille Pemgiri or know as Pemgad(Pemgiri fort), located, near Sangamner around 22 kms.
This is also known as Shahagad or Bhimgad. It falls under
It was ruled by Subhedar /Swarajyasankalpak Shahaji Raje Bhosale and Swarajyajanani Maasaheb Jijau/ Jijamata Shahajiraje Bhosale.(Hence named Shahagad).

Maharaja Shahajiraje ruled 3 years of Nizam dynasty from here by throning Murtaza Nizam at the age of 6 years.

Shahajiraje re-established Nizamshahi from Pemgiri and coronated himself as Vajir(Pradhan). In actual he ruled and established strong base for Maratha Kingdom and later headed by son Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

Pemgiri is famous for Pemgiri/Shahagad/Pemgad/Bhimgad Fort, Biggest Banyan tree(Mahavatvruksh) in Maharashtra. Pemgiri Village has many Ancient monuments, well and found many petrograph(Inscription).
