INGREDIENTS

- 3 tablespoons of normal white sugar = 45 gr
- 1 1/2 cup of warm milk = 375 ml
- 1 tsp of salt = 4gr
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 tablespoons of oil = 30 ml
- 2 tablespoons butter or melted margarine = 35 gr
- 750 gr of common wheat flour
- 800 gr of sausage

* Varnish: 1 yolk and 1 tablespoon of cold milk
* 250 ml measuring cup
* Take to an oven without preheating at 180 ° C for 40 or 45 minutes (time may vary because each oven is different)
