Flint's Southeast Side isn't the worst part of town, but that doesn't mean it's nice. There's a nice area near the Flint Golf Club that I drove through, but I also drove through a pretty large abandoned section 8 housing complex.

Flint's Southeast Side isn't anything special, with the exception of a nice neighborhood that surrounds the Flint Golf Club. The rest of this area of the city looks pretty bleak, just like how most of Flint does. Towards the end of the video, I check out a fairly large abandoned public housing complex.
