This is a US227 Million Dollar project that is between the Ministry of Economic Growth and Job Creation and China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd who is in charge of the construction, The unskilled workforce will include 90% Jamaican and 50% of the technical skilled area will be covered by Jamaicans as well, This project is part 2b of the Highway 2000 master plan,
