Mandy and Ray met at work several years ago and have been close friends every since. When Mandy's life fell apart, and she found herself sleeping rough with her dog on a bench, Ray felt helpless.

But Mandy has gone on to achieve some amazing things - she's even one of the architects of our mountain challenge events  - and Ray's been there for her at every step.
