Some of these neighborhoods are considered among the best neighborhoods in Denver, so maybe I'm way off base here. But if I was going to do a video on the most underrated neighborhoods in Denver, it only seemed right to do a follow-up of overrated neighborhoods, too. These are the four Denver neighborhoods I think are just a little unworthy of the hype.

Also, elephant in the room: that’s not dandruff on my shirt. I swear. I don’t know what it is, and I will concede to you that it may look like dandruff. But it isn’t. I would never.
