Lin Yonghua grew up in China at a time when few could afford luxury watches, let alone make them. But an early fascination with timepieces led him to learn—by taking watches apart and putting them back together. Now, he is one of China’s few Swiss-accredited watchmakers. His pieces fetch up to $80,000. This is his story.
