Julian is a permaculture farmer who knows how to grow healthy food yourself. You could say he farms like our forefathers in the mountains of Japan. Here, he shares seven secrets that allow him to grow amazingy healthy food. Actually, he manages without machines on his farm. No tractors, no weed whackers, no tillers, zero fossil fuels. It's a revolution and really a revelation once you see it. Everything is done by hand and for good reason as you'll find out. One could call his style of farming 'primitive' were it not for the unique blend of Permaculture, Japanese Natural Farming, and Syntropic Agriculture that make the farm so incredibly well designed and efficiency run so that the amount of work to be done actually decreases over time. You go figure how that's possible, or just watch the video.

Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel. There's many reasons for why these type of videos are not more prominent across Youtube. First off they promote a non-monetary, non-competitive, non-capitalist way of living which is antithetical to Youtube's goal of making money. Also, making high-quality films like this one takes A LOT of time and effort (including travel...which in this case required me to travel 1000km to get to Julian's place) and since it's not generating income via ad revenue, it's hard to justify producing videos like this one from a financial viewpoint alone. I still want to believe that it's possible to make films that can inspire change, but I need the support of people like YOU. My videos are entirely self-funded at this point and it's not going to be possible to sustain this forever. So join my Patreon to support me on a monthly basis with an amount equivalent to what it costs to buy a Starbucks Latte or whatever nice thing like that, and this would allow me to really capture all the amazing stories of regeneration that can be told across Japan and beyond. In this way you can actually help foster change wherever you are in the world reading this. There's plenty of perks as well, like a full 90min uncut tour of Julian's farm, so go check out my Patreon now :)
