Özgün İnşaat - Nurol İnşaat - Engoa (Groupement O.N.E.) ortaklığıyla gerçekleştirilen Tizi Ouzou Otoyolu PK0 - PK10 arası tüm çalışmalar 26.08.2019 tarihinde tamamlanmış olup resmî olarak her iki yönde trafiğe açılmıştır.

Tous les travaux entre PK0 et PK10 de la pénétrante Tizi Ouzou réalisée en partenariat avec Özgün İnşaat - Nurol İnşaat - Engoa (Groupement O.N.E.) sont terminés le 26 août 2019 et les tronçons 1.1 et 1.2 sont officiellement ouverts à la circulation sur les deux voies.

All works between Tizi Ouzou Highway PK0 - PK10, which are realizing with the partnership of Özgün İnşaat - Nurol İnşaat - Engoa (Groupement O.NE.), were completed on August 26, 2019 and officially opened to traffic in both directions.
