What mobility is needed for us to do a proper araimandi?
What plays a major role in getting our araimandi open are the muscles in our hips, and ankles.
We just think of our inner thighs and often forget the muscles crossing the front of our hip joint.
Ankle mobility is also very important (video wasn’t long enough for me to cover this 😁), and we need our shoulders to also be open so we don’t have them up in our ears.
