“The Anointing Makes the Difference” is one of the best known sermons of Ray H. Hughes Sr. Hughes served the Church of God and Pentecostal Movement in numerous capacities including Church of God General Overseer for three different tenures, president of Lee University on two occasions, Forward in Faith radio speaker, and chairman of the Pentecostal World Conference. Taking Exodus 30: 31-33 as his text, Hughes preached this sermon on July 5, 1972, at the Church of God Camp Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia.
