One of Elton John's most mournful songs has to be Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word. It comes from the album Blue Moves (1976) which peaked at number 3 in the charts in the US ending a streak of number one albums leading up to this release. The album did, however, spawn a top ten hit which is this very song.

The song has been played quite frequently in live situations in every decade since the album's release. This version aims at some of the solo versions from around 1999/2000 as well as solo shows from 2008-2010.
