Usually, people go to Binh Tay Market to buy a lot of stuff because it's one of the largest wholesale markets in Southern Vietnam. But today, I'm going to Binh Tay Market to enjoy a delicious bowl of Crab Bánh Canh from a very kind lady who, as she shared, has been selling this dish for over 40 years, ever since she started helping her mother.
