When our quads (thighs) are tight, it can pull on the knee caps, creating tension through knee joints, ankles as well as hips. This 30 minute practice is a tonic for the quads. No vinyasa here, and yes to strong sensation as we release all that is accumulated in the quads. Recommendation to practice this at least twice a week in order to get the quads to let go of the habit of holding. Dawn Davis Yoga
