Introducing our Organic market garden in Byron Bay... From Soil to Kitchen to Plate, we walk the talk by being environmentally conscious!

Our ecological footprint is Very small, from soil to plate is less than 100m, we save our seed and re-grow our seasonal foods forever increasing the biological diversity and life in our soils, hence growing some of the most nutrient and mineral rich fruits, herbs and vegetables in Byron Bay Australia.

We grow as much food as we can to feed up-to 90 people 3 meals a day...ATM we cannot keep up with the demand, much of the food prepared is stored bought. However it's our dream to grow the majority of the food in the garden, - From Garden to Plate in minutes!
