How To Factory Reset The Amazon Echo Spot:
1) Make sure the Amazon Echo Spot is plugged in and powered up.
2) Swipe down on the touch screen to get the menu options to pop up.
3) Then select the the gear icon to open up the settings menu to pull up another menu.
4) Scroll down the menu to device options and select it.
5) Press the factory reset button.
6) Confirm the reset by pressing reset to factory default settings.
7) Press "reset"
8) It takes approximately 30 seconds for the device to factory reset which will erase all existing settings and allow you to use set up the device on a new account or existing account.
