Curry Spice Mix Recipe
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Turmeric 2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Salt as needed
Cumin powder 3 tsp
Coriander powder 3 tsp
Garam masala 2 tsp

Curry Gravy Masala Recipe

Onions 8-10 medium
Ginger paste 1/4 cup
Garlic paste 1/4 cup
Curry mix powder

Instructions
1. Blend onion and ginger garlic paste on a high speed first then heat the oil in the pan add onion mixture and sauté for a little bit.
2. Then add curry spices and fry until oil comes out and masala is golden brown.

You can keep the mixture in the fridge for 3 days or freeze it for 1 month.
