During the Summer of 2020, I'd been working on the Broken Bay Pearl Farm and surf coaching with the Central Coast Surf Academy. I knew I had to begin my training and had an opportunity to move to Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm to work for the Winter in Western Australia. This was the perfect training arena. Here I could experience the largest tides in the Southern hemisphere and the ancient Kimberley's. It just happened to be where some of the oldest raft constructions can be found in Australia and also some of Oz's first paddlers the Bardi Jawi.
