Welcome back to the channel, today I take on Fallout New Vegas most difficult achievement. Hardcore mode! This mode makes the survival aspect of Fallout New Vegas extremely difficult, adding a H20 bar, food bar and sleep status. Neglecting these things will cause death. On top of that healing items heal over time, companions can't re-spawn and the list goes on. Can I beat Fallout New Vegas most difficult challenge? Watch until the end to find out!
