The Seeing Eye, Inc. was co-founded by Morris Frank in 1929. Morris proved the capabilities of Seeing Eye dogs with his first guide, Buddy, a German shepherd. Since that time, The Seeing Eye paved the way for access rights and has created more than 15,500 human/canine partnerships.
