There's a few misconceptions about brake traction control (BTC) and locking differentials. Watch this video to find out about BTC and rear lockers, why BTC should operate with the rear locker, and if it's a good idea to always rely on a locker and never BTC.

The video shows a Nissan Patrol Y62 with a factory rear locker and BTC on the front axle, a Suzuki JB74 Jimny with aftermarket front and rear lockers, and a Mitsubishi Triton with a factory rear locker but no BTC on the front axle.
