Welcome to Yeonghee's rural garden, where you can enjoy Korean countryside life.

It's still the end of August, and the heat is still strong.

In the rural garden, summer fruits and vegetables such as corn, watermelon, and melon are being harvested diligently.
I picked red ripe peppers and dried them in the sun.
I harvested cabbage and made cabbage water kimchi.
I also made eggplant rice with pickled radish and grilled eggplant, which was delicious.

시골살이를 즐기는 영희의 시골정원에 오신 것을 환영합니다.

아직도 더위가 기승을 부리는 8월 말,
시골 텃밭에서는 옥수수, 수박, 참외 등 여름 과일과 채소들을 부지런히 수확하고 있어요.
빨갛게 익은 고추를 따서 햇빛에 말리고,
양배추를 수확하여 양배추 물김치를 만들었어요.
노각무침과 가지를 구워서 가지덮밥도 만들어서 맛있게 먹었어요.

영희의 시골정원에서의 농촌일상을 보시고 잠시 힐링하는 시간이 되었으면 합니다.
