In this video I'll demonstrate how to rearrange the elements in a photograph and turn it into a beautiful painting!
I'm painting on a new block of Rembrandt all cotton 300gsm watercolor paper with a cold press surface and I LOVE IT!
I used my tiny travel palette for this demonstration. It contains 12 specific colors that I put together. I experimented with a lot of different colors before deciding that these 12 worked together perfectly! These are transparent and semi-transparent colors of Rembrandt professional watercolor tubes.
The colors are Cadmium yellow, Pyrole orange, Gold ochre, Permanent red medium, Quinacridone rose reddish, Permanent red violet, French ultramarine, Pthalo blue greenish, Cobalt turquoise, Pthalo green yellow, sap green and Burnt umber
